About the Practice
- Christiana Care Hospitalist Partners is a forward thinking Hospitalist practice emphasizing continuity of care, patient satisfaction, and quality. Our Hospitalists, in partnership with Christiana Care primary care physicians, provide the highest quality of patient care in directing, treating, and coordinating all aspects of the patient’s hospitalization. The Hospitalist also follows the patient for their first appointment after being discharged to enhance continuity of care.
- To support the program’s goals, the schedule is progressive, including Monday through Friday weeks and limited nights and weekends and with a manageable patient load.
- Hospitalists are active citizens within the health system participating in committees, research, teaching and other opportunities that support the improvement of Hospital Medicine.
