Our Population Health Department located at Avenue North in Wilmington, DE is looking for a full time Administrative Assistant II.

The responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant II will include;

• Performing clerical and secretarial duties
• Attending meetings, taking meeting minutes and calendar management
• Maintains a positive demeanor of helpfulness, courtesy, and cooperation toward employees, physicians, other hospital personnel, other health care providers, and the general public.
• Coordinates communication between all levels of the health care team effectively, applying both written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to type accurately at 60 wpm.

Office Hours:

• Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Four years administrative support to an administrator or manager.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
