We are looking for an Associate Integration Analyst to join our incredible Shared Services Technology team!

Learn new integration tool kits, maintain and enhance integrations. Prepare, support and maintain integration systems and integration processing procedures. Ensure data quality and integrity through internal audits, report writing, documentation of integration designs and decisions. Support timely and accurate data to employees, managers and other key customers such as Payroll, Finance and Nursing Resources. Identify business requirements and operating problems, and define alternatives and the recommended solution in terms of organizational needs.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conducts assigned studies, applying systems analysis methods and techniques, in order to identify where and how cost and time-effective improvements can be made or, as necessitated by internal or external regulations.

  • Maintain effective user relationships in order to provide a climate receptive to systems improvement and to enhance understanding of the users' business concerns.

  • Participates on user project teams, audits installed system for conformance to objectives and makes applicable changes, conducts additional training and clarifies integration procedures to assure full user satisfaction.

  • Utilizes working knowledge of an application's core functionality and architecture to identify areas of improvement.

  • Determine whether it is most effective to build a custom integration, report, interface or process to supplement existing functionality or modify and/or configure the current system to solve the business requirement.

  • Recognize and drive adoption of best practice techniques.

  • Keep abreast of changes to the application domain you specialize in including changes to existing and introduction of new tools and functionality.

  • Plans basic approach and method of analysis in order to determine limits of problem and establish course of study and timing.

  • Understand functional requirements and work to improve the end user experience.

  • Employ modeling and flowcharting techniques to formally and effectively propose information technology solutions.

  • Utilize Workday or Kronos system for implementing new applications requiring data management, screen building, table maintenance and report writing.

  • Understand industry integration practices as well as the integration capabilities and design patterns in your application, can analyze integration problems, and provide optimal solutions for them.

  • Recognize and adopt best practices in Integration engineering: design, coding, testing, version control, documentation, build, deployment, and operations.

  • Continually align work with the stakeholders' business objectives and seek to deliver measurable business value.

  • Deliver flexible integrations without over-engineering and choose simple, straightforward solutions over more superfluous complex designs.

  • Proactively support knowledge-sharing with the team and across departments to enhance understanding of system functions.

  • Performs assigned work safely and ensures department compliance to safety rules and practices.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • Two years of system analysis. Project lead, relational database support, understanding of programming languages, preferred.

  • Experience with Workday tools preferred.

  • Experience in Eclipse or Dell Boomi environments preferred.

  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
