ChristianaCare is looking to hire a full time Behavioral Health Therapist for the Adult Outpatient practice at the Wilmington Hospital.
The Behavioral Health Therapist will provide office based clinical assessment and mental health therapy services for a diverse caseload of patients.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday : 8am - 4:30pm, This position is a hybrid blend of remote/virtual and in person work.
Key Responsibilities
Conducts individual psychotherapy with assigned patients and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
Conducts psychosocial evaluations to provide diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations.
Develops coordinated treatment plan in collaboration with other members of the treatment team.
Reports and updates pertinent patient information to physician and treatment team in a timely manner.
Identifies milieu deficits and assists in implementing appropriate measures to meet needs.
Ongoing coordination of care with medical providers and psychiatric providers inside and outside the ChristianaCare.

Qualifications:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or LCSW required
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in mental health setting preferred
Whether a position can be supported for remote work will be assessed based on whether ChristianaCare is able to meet the business requirements of the proposed remote location.
