The Data Analyst is responsible for compiling, analyzing, and reporting on key business metrics that drive decision making for optimizing our Workday environment. In this role the Data Analyst will demonstrate and understanding of the nuances in the process of data analysis while effectively relaying those to business partners to help drive business outcomes.


  • Develop and deliver Workday reports and dashboards using Workday's report writing tools

  • Using Prism, create data sources to creatively solution business requirements  

  • Create actionable insight through analysis of data collected

  • Provide operational, break/fix and enhancement support for Workday reports

  • Understand the business and innovate by designing new processes

  • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions

  • Assess and maintain data and process integrity

  • Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data

  • Adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment

  • Gather, clean and transform data


  • 3+ years of experience of Workday report writing and/or data analytics

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Workday Reporting experience preferred specifically Prism, Dashboards, Charting, Scorecards, Discovery Dashboard, Worksheets, Composite and Matrix

  • Workday Pro certification preferred

  • Experience working with business objects is preferred

  • Experience with R, Python or SQL preferred
