The Digital Content Manager is responsible for managing team members and multiple projects that include scoping, building and maintaining different types of websites and digital properties, helping define social media content and plans and other digital work as needed. The desired candidate will have experience in creating, designing and deploying plans for engaging and measurable websites and social properties that enhance the ChristianaCare mission and brand experience.

Principal duties and responsibilities:
Deliver the highest quality solutions that live up to our principle of creating 'valuable ideas.'
Crafting strong relationships with both internal departments, other agencies and clients alike.
Using past experience to develop macro perspectives on the category, business, consumer segment(s) and brand.
Create an environment on projects that encourages creative thinking and problem solving.
A first point of call for key partners and internal teams on day-to-day questions about project strategy.
Demonstrate the ability to nurture change by building commitment and support to innovative ideas.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of data, trends and insights.
Ensure findings are shared across the wide portfolio, creating greater consistency.
Support the Digital & Creative Services Director in managing and developing other members of the team.
Deliver thought leadership in the digital space.
Develop and deploy the online website plan for ChristianaCare including: christianacare.org, social media sites and other website-related projects and digital properties.
Develop and own production delivery timelines and follow process (RACI) and workflow for review of content, deadlines and schedules.
