If so, then this role is for you! ChristianaCare is searching for an Education Program Specialist to join the Academic Affairs/iLEAD team. This position will be responsible for managing and operationalizing a two-year State Grant for Residency and Training Expansion. Some responsibilities include:
Work closely with the Chief Learning Officer, Associate Chief Academic Officer, and Operations Manager to oversee the operations of the project
Develop communication strategies, such as standing in-person or virtual meetings among all the participants of the program
Prepare quarterly updates as well as collect, organize and store evaluation forms and outcome data
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
Manage and maintain schedules, and appointments as well as arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
Work with the Academic Affairs team on various different projects
PLEASE NOTE: This is a two-year grant-funded position with the potential for extension. This position is also an on-site position.
Desired applicants will hold a Bachelor's Degree or higher in health related or business field and possess a minimum 5 years of project management. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
