ChristianaCare is looking for an energetic and flexible NP or PA that has a passion to help take care of highly complex patients with underlying behavioral health issues.
This intensive program is designed for the individual who struggles with a behavioral health condition and in addition, may have suboptimal physical and social health. In a welcoming environment, the program offers multidisciplinary treatment, including psychiatric and behavior therapy care, chronic condition and general health treatment, and comprehensive social health evaluation and intervention. The intention is to provide flexible, responsive care in a respectful, caring and supportive setting.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
License or license eligible in the state of Delaware
Board certified as a Nurse Practitioner or as a Physician Assistant
Minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with complex behavioral health conditions preferred
Prescriptive Authority, DEA registration, BLS Required
