ChristianaCare is searching for a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant to join its talented Pain Management team working at our Newark office location.  The selected candidate will work in the outpatient office as well as having the option to cover inpatient if desired. Along with the medical management, we can educate and train for in-office procedures. This is a M-F position with 5 eight hour shift days. 

The Comprehensive Pain Center is growing to become a Pain Center of Excellence lead by a truly interdisciplinary group of providers. We will continue to integrate and collaborate with specialties throughout ChristianaCare and within the Delaware community to provide holistic pain management services to the people of Delaware with a focus on the biopsychosocial model of pain. As a team, we will unravel the narrative behind each patient's pain experience and tailor a treatment plan along the way. Community outreach will be central to our success to drive patients towards an opioid free lifestyle with the goal of conquering pain.

  • Graduate of an accredited Advanced Nurse Practitioner Program or Physician Assistant program.
  • Candidate must be licensed or license eligible in the state of Delaware
  • Prescriptive authority required
  • DEA Registration required
  • Two or more years' experience as a provider preferred.
  • Pain management experience desirable, but not required.
