Outpatient Behavioral Health located on the Concord, PA Campus is looking for a Part-time Office Assistant to join their team!

The Outpatient Behavioral Health is a team of behavioral-health professionals who offer comprehensive evaluation and treatment. We offer treatment and therapy for almost any problem related to emotional or mental health, including post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety and panic attacks, depression, relationship and family problems, bipolar disorder, issues of transition, loss and grief, and many more.

Key Duties:

  • Answer phone/emails/powerchart messages

  • Schedule new patient appointments

  • Assist with scheduling ECTs and prior authorizations if needed

  • Check in/out patients in Soarian and RevCycle

  • Scan to HIMS

  • Prepare or make copies of patient documents (i.e. PHQ-9, new patient packets, practice consent forms)

  • Collect Copays

  • Verify the completion of all paperwork

Knowledge, skill, and ability requirements:

  • Knowledge of insurance carriers

  • Preferred knowledge of ICD, CPT Codes & Medical Terminology

  • Knowledge of physician office systems and practices

  • Ability to work with computers

Education and experience requirements:

  • High School Graduate or equivalent

  • Experience in a medical office setting preferred

  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
