To perform designated recruitment support activities and provide administrative support for the new hire onboarding process under the direction of the Manager.


  • Performs the new hire pre-boarding process that includes providing information to new hires, responding to inquiries within established timelines, and ensuring that all required employment paperwork and Workday tasks are completed accurately and documented.
  • Maintains and regularly audits pre hire paperwork to ensure all required documents are received and scanned into the new hire's OnBase electronic file.
  • Perform primary source verification for all required license/certification/education in accordance with the state and Joint Commission guidelines.
  • Respond to and resolve all phone, mail and in-person inquiries from employees/supervisor/managers regarding any problem and concerns relating to the new hire process.
  • Log detailed and accurate information on the future start shared point site to keep the recruiters informed of the pre-boarding process.
  • Schedule new hire physicals allowing adequate time for the results to be received, reviewed and approved by Employee Health.
  • Provide Tier II support for recruitment calls that require additional research and follow up within established timelines.
  • Accurately update the PRC results on the portal to reflect approved and denied vacant positions
  • Prepares check requests and purchase orders to insure timely payment.  Maintains accurate records of expenditures and prepare monthly budget audits.
  • Performs assigned work safety, adhering to established departmental safety rules and practices; reports to manager, in a timely manner any unsafe activities, conditions, hazards, or safety violations that may cause injury to oneself, other employees, patients and visitors.
  • Performs other related duties as required. 


  • Associate degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • Two years work experience in public contact environment preferably in employment office setting.
  • Proven work experience with data entry/management and other basic PC functions.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
