Our amazing team is looking for a Part-Time Behavioral Health Therapist to join our Concord practice!

How You'll Make an Impact

The licensed therapist will provide office based clinical assessment and mental health therapy services for a diverse caseload of patients.  This position is a hybrid blend of remote/virtual and in person work focusing on Adult Therapy.

Work Schedule

  • Mondays - Wednesdays: 8am - 4:30pm OR,

  • Tuesdays -Thursdays: 8am - 4:30pm

  • Half Days on Fridays: Remote/Virtual Opportunities available on Fridays

This position offers a flexible schedule, which provides an opportunity for YOU to practice independently or with a private practice AND work simultaneously with ChristianaCare.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts individual psychotherapy with assigned patients and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.

  • Conducts psychosocial evaluations to provide diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations.

  • Develops coordinated treatment plan in collaboration with other members of the treatment team.

  • Participates in all assigned programs and attends all continuing education opportunities to meet job requirements and maintain current knowledge of the practice of psychotherapy and social work.
