ChristianaCare is looking for a dynamic quality Nursing professional with expertise in critical care/trauma care to join our fast-paced team supporting Christiana Hospital's Level 1 Trauma Program.
As a Trauma Program Manager you will work both independently and in collaboration with the Sr. PI Program Manager, Trauma Program Medical Director, Trauma Program Manager, Clinical Effectiveness and multidisciplinary health care teams, as well as management staff to provide leadership and support for excellence in trauma care within the state of Delaware. A critical aspect of your role is the comprehensive quality assessment of trauma events, facilitation of patient safety and process improvement projects, support for Trauma site surveys/accreditation, promotion of education, as well as ongoing research efforts, which help direct new innovations in trauma care.
This role would be ideal for a critical care nurse who has experience in trauma and critical care and would like to expand their development to include quality aspects of healthcare.

Required: Minimum of three years Nursing experience inpatient Trauma, Critical Care experience;
Master's degree in allied healthcare, public health, healthcare, or related field; or a Bachelor's degree with enrollment in a Master's degree program in public health, healthcare management, information technology or business;
Applicable nursing license to practice in the state of Delaware;
Preferred: Trauma or CCRN, CPHQ, Lean Six Sigma and/or Project Management certification
Experience successfully managing multiple projects within a healthcare organization. Experience in leading and facilitating multi-disciplinary teams on quality improvement and/or process improvement activities using performance improvement tools and methodologies
Experience in using electronic medical records, Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access), Tableau and other data collection, analysis and reporting platforms
