ChristianaCare HomeHealth is hiring a full time Physical Therapist to join our diverse team of therapists serving the territory of Hockessin, West Wilmington, and New Port. The successful candidate will:

• Work Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm, one weekend a month and 2 holidays a year.
• Provide gait training, therapeutic exercise, modality application, muscle re-education, etc.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team.

Requirements:

• Requires 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist; and appropriate licensure
• Home care experience preferred.
• Proof of a valid driver's license and active auto insurance is required. Alternative transportation arrangements may be considered based on operational need.
