Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in Enterprise Project and Portfolio Analysis?

ChristianaCare is searching for a Strategy-minded Portfolio Analyst for its Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO).  In this new and exciting role, the Portfolio Analyst will support the EPMO Portfolio Manager in departmental activities including, but not limited to Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) application administration, new concept management, portfolio monitoring, and strategic analysis & reporting on the enterprise portfolio.

Desired candidates should bring strong attention to detail, a passion for data analysis and reporting, be exceptional in providing service, highly effective in communications, a sense of curiosity, and look for ways to innovate continuously. This position is for someone who enjoys using project and portfolio metrics to effectively and strategically analyze and report on the enterprise portfolio with an eye towards data quality and integrity.

Responsibilities can include:

Providing Strategic Portfolio Management/Project Portfolio Management (SPM/PPM) support to customers and stakeholders.

Assisting in collecting the necessary information required on EPMO concept requests and projects, including assessment, ensuring consistent intake, and appropriate visibility for new requests with mapping for overall alignment to the ChristianaCare Strategic Aspirations. 

Collaborating with team members to collect and analyze data in order to leverage and drive insights for effective decision making. 

Develop and deliver reporting and analysis across Service Lines, Roadmaps, and Strategic Aspirations using data from concept requests to evaluate remaining budget and capacity constraints.

Requirements:

  • Required Bachelor's Degree with preferred with emphasis in business, finance, management information systems (MIS), or project management from an accredited college or university.
  • Required two (2) years' experience working with Project and Program Management Tools (PPM) and/or Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) tools preferably in data analytics and report generation for project and portfolio management.  [Three (3) to five (5) years preferred.]
  • Required two (2) to three (3) years knowledge and experience in project management and program management processes.
  • Preferred exposure to and an understanding of Organizational Change Management.
  • Preferred prior experience in PPM/SPM tool administration.
  • Preferred CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE2 certification.
