ChristianaCare is looking for dynamic leader to join its Hospitalist Partners (CCHP) Practice at our Wilmington and Elkton Union Hospital Location.

The Practice Manager will be responsible for workflow, performance, and the overall management and operations of the ChristianaCare Hospitalist Partners (CCHP) practice, Pulmonary Intensivist practice and Pediatric Hospitalist practice (Union site). The Practice Manager will work closely with the lead physicians and administrative leadership regarding strategic planning, program development, continuous quality improvement and financial/budget reporting and monitoring.  Also, the Manager will work closely with and assists the MGCC Director of Operations, Assistant Medical Directors for Union, Medical Directors, as well as the Department of Medicine Chair and Vice Chair.  The Practice Manager will supervise a portion of the administrative staff for the practices.

Education Requirements:

  • Master preferred, Bachelor's degree required
  • Project management: minimum 3 years' experience (preferred)
  • An equivalent combination (e.g. Master's Degree) of education and experience may be substituted
