ChristianaCare is hiring a fulltime Practice Manager for Primary Care at Home.
Christiana Care, Primary Care at Home support our community who need medical care but are unable to receive as they can't leave their home. Our experienced staff provides each patient with a team of experienced, compassionate health care professionals. Our doctors, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, social workers and nurses make house calls, bringing medical care to their home
Position Highlights:
Partners with the Director and Clinical Leaders of Medical Group assigned practices in the management of practice operations, financial performance, quality patient care, and patient satisfaction
Responsible for monthly financial and operating budget variance analytics and reporting; interprets and reports results to Medical Group executive leadership.
Monday-Friday at Avenue North , flexible start and end times.
Experience and Education requirements:
High School diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Three years of experience working in a medical practice, Primary Care preferred, with at least 2 years supervisory experience.
