ChristianaCare is searching for a Program Manager to join the Nursing Business Operations team, in support of Heart and Vascular Interventional Services (HVIS). This position will coordinate the management of designated programs and projects within HVIS and work in collaboration with the clinical and administrative leadership to ensure projects are sequenced, aligned, and managed in a way that meets the strategic needs of service line programs. The Program Manager will oversee projects by monitoring budget, schedule, resources, and delivery of outcomes and be accountable to deliver specific outcomes as defined by the projects and service line leadership.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience working in healthcare and have an operations background. Experience working on projects as well as finance and budgeting is also needed for this role. Some responsibilities include:
Desired candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree required in Health Care Administration, Business Administration or related field (Master's Degree highly preferred). Three years of Healthcare experience is required as well as project management, process improvement, data management and computer experience.
Certificate in Project Management (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma experience preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
