About This Position

ChristianaCare is searching for a Program Operations Coordinator to support the Delaware Health Sciences Alliance (DHSA). This position will provide technical assistance and collaborate with the Director to support the development, implementation and evaluation of DHSA programs focused on primary areas of interest.

The Operations Coordinator will work closely with and under the supervision of the Director on program and project coordination. Assignments to include but not be limited to:

• Provides technical and administrative assistance for projects and initiatives.
• Assists with the planning, implementation and evaluation of the Alliance's programs and services.
• Participates in the creation and editing of presentations and meeting materials.
• Produces materials and media relating to projects such as handouts, brochures and website components including updates.
• Assists with social media management for the Alliance.
• Provides assistance with coordination and planning of Alliance events including but not limited to event logistics, scheduling, event registration and implementing pre and post event surveys.
• Assists with timeline, task management and milestone tracking.
• Provides detailed and concise meeting minutes as assigned.
• Prepares and maintains distribution list management.
• Effectively communicates with stakeholders.

Desired candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Business, Marketing or related field as well as a minimum of 3 years program coordination experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
