Our amazing team is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our ChristianaCare team! This position will provide support to the Practice Transformation team in Avenue North- Wilmington.

How You'll Make an Impact

The Administrative Project Coordinator will support the Practice Transformation Team in coordinating activities including, but not limited to scheduling, tracking of milestones and project deliverables, team workforce management tool setup, and administration (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint, OneNote, and Outlook), and communications. Additionally, at the direction of the Director, the Project Coordinator will provide project coordination support to the Practice Transformation Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the schedule of activities for the Director and the Practice Transformation Team.

  • Identify, schedule, and manage project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks.

  • Creates SOPs as directed by Practice Transformation Team by utilizing standard templates in the design and communication of workflow to include the updating and maintenance of workflows across practice locations.

  • Maintains and updates the database of workflows and SOPs for all medical group practices.

  • Support the Portfolio Management and Project Management activities, ensuring the currency, quality, and integrity of the information, while providing consistency in content and "look and feel" across the enterprise.

  • Work with Practice Transformation Team to ensure effective resource management is tracked.


  • High School diploma required.  Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 1-3 years of project coordination and administrative support experience

  • Demonstrated experience in supporting a team

  • Demonstrated experience and ability in successfully utilizing "soft skills" or "people skills".
