ChristianaCare is currently seeking a full time Project Manager to support our Medical Group. This person will support strategic and transformation efforts in the Medical Group. 


Monday-Friday, day shift


  • Executing strategies to transform the delivery of clinical care improving the health of our patients and the experience of our Medical Group providers and staff.
  • Scaling solutions and system strategies that drive clinical and business outcomes.
  • Develop project communication plans and interfaces to actively engage stakeholders.
  • Partner with project sponsors to define success metrics and criteria.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert in briefing stakeholders on assigned initiatives.
  • Provide accurate forecasts of project performance to relevant key stakeholders.
  • Communicate project progress to key constituents.
  • Assess and resolve all high priority project risks as they are encountered.
  • Define, create, and monitor project plans for initiatives.
  • Manage all aspects of the project life cycle, and work with team members to oversee all phases of project completion.
  • Facilitate all operational checkpoint activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage scope to ensure agreed time, cost, and quality parameters are met.
  • Develop and maintain project and process management knowledge, tools, and resources.
  • Establishing, managing, and continually improving processes to capture and make easily available transformation-related learnings and outcomes
  • Developing and maintaining organizational best practices from within and outside of CCHS system related, but not limited to transformation, goals implementation, etc.
  • Establishing systems that captures lessons learned from transformation and other change management projects to inform future implementation efforts.
  • Creation of cogent, communicative materials for team meetings and presentations.
  • Working collaboratively and in support of the other business functions reporting to the  the Medical Group, Transformation  Manager


  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in a healthcare-related field.
  • 3-5 years minimum of work experience in a large organization and/or healthcare organization
  • 3+ years' experience managing projects and projects activities.
  • Experience in successfully leading, facilitating, and participating in multi-disciplinary teams using performance improvement tools and methodologies required.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and/or Certificate in change management, and/or process improvement technologies (e.g., Lean, Agile) preferred.
