We are currently recruiting a Weekend Incentive Program (WIP) Registered Nurse to work in our Operating Room facilities at the Wilmington Hospital.
The selected RN will be an upbeat Operating Room Registered Nurse who wants to be a part of a growing operating room team passionate about providing excellent clinical outcomes through caring service to our patients and their families.
Weekend Incentive Program (WIP) 10:30 am -11-00p RN II
Requires to work 3 out of 4 weekends on the day/evening shift.
Holidays per the guidelines of the department.
Commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.
Current RN licensure required
At least 2 years of Operating Room Experience is required.
Knowledge of multiple specialties preferred.
knowledge of ophthalmology and robotics specialties preferred
CNOR certification a plus.
