We are currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for at the Center for Advanced Joint Replacement. The Center for Advanced Joint Replacement is a 30 bed unit, located at our Wilmington Hospital in Delaware, specializing in the care of knee and hip replacement patients. This department requires a nurse with a strong focus on customer service. We seek someone who can handle a fast pace and is willing to be flexible. Teamwork is essential. This team has recently expanded care to include ENT and Plastics surgical patients.

Requirements:

  • BSN strongly preferred or required to obtain within three years.
  • 6 month minimum medical/surgical RN experience required. Equivalent combination of experience will be considered.
  • BLS required.

Hours:  These overnight shifts are combinations of 8s and 12 hour shifts. Possible shifts include 7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. or 11 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. Holiday and weekend requirements are per organizational practices.

Bonus Details:  The successful candidate may be eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus to be paid over a period of 12 months.
