We are searching for a creative healthcare Data Analyst/Content Developer to join the Center for Strategic Information Management's (CSIM) enterprise analytics team and become part of Christiana's larger analytics community. You will partner with Christiana's clinical and operations teams to create, implement and maintain analytic content that truly makes a difference for our patients.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and support complex analytic content for operational, performance improvement and predictive use cases using Tableau, R and other tools.

  • Work closely with clinical teams to lead performance improvement projects, understand analytic requirements, analyze results and prototype/iterate solutions

  • Develop subject specific data marts and utilize database servers appropriately to optimize end user BI performance.

  • Listen to, advise, educate, and assist Christiana's analytics community supporting their successful use of the analytics repository.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Strong data analysis, SQL, data warehousing and BI development skills

  • Applied understanding of SDLC

  • BS degree in relevant technical or healthcare discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience. 

  • Relevant healthcare experience preferred.

  • Excellent collaboration, organization and analytic abilities.

  • Outstanding problem solver.

Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to:

  • Determine requirements from incomplete and ambiguous information

  • Listen and interact with all stakeholders

  • Share technical skills and become a trusted advisor

  • Concisely present information in writing as well as verbally
