ChristianaCare is looking for a Senior Health Planner to partner with clinical and operational leadership and executive senior leadership to advance our organization's growth strategy and market position. This position will work as an advocate and support to our internal health system clients and meet directly with stakeholders, to develop business and strategy plans that align with their goals. In addition, the senior health planner provides leadership and strategic analysis in the development, oversight, and integration of decision-making support.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years strategy related experience in a hospital/health care setting. In addition, possess a strong understanding of health analytics and forecasting data tools, healthcare delivery models and trends, and the ability to analyze, apply, evaluate, and present data related to health care industry trends.

Qualifications:

Master's degree and with at least five years of experience in health care administration, health care strategy and planning, or related fields. Experienced strategic planners from other fields will be considered.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Must have the ability to shape vague concepts and ideas into a clear framework for advancement of work product and deliverables

Experience in facilitating productive work groups, meetings and retreats

Excellent project management skills
