About This Position
ChristianaCare is searching for a Senior Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing plans for the purposes of patient acquisition and patient retention within ChristianaCare, its subsidiaries or joint ventures. With a heavy-focus on evidence-based practices and ROI, the Manager will direct paid and organic strategies for a variety of clinical services, practices, and/or programs in accordance with ChristianaCare's operating objectives. Some responsibilities include:
Develops strategic data-driven growth and marketing plans that align with overall ChristianaCare's goals.
Advises clinical and operational leaders on marketing strategy and opportunities for external awareness and patient growth.
Collaborates with colleagues within the department and throughout ChristianaCare, securing appropriate input, reviews, and approvals to ensure that the plan is executed to meet marketing needs, overall system goals and corporate brand.
Oversees external advertising campaigns and coordinates efforts with relevant partners to establish and maintain consistency between media or delegates appropriate projects to Marketing Coordinators.
Develops strategy to engage with referring providers and other external stakeholders to grow business.
Creates a strategic plan for periodic market research assessments to fully understand patient demographics and provider/referral pipeline.
Desired candidates will hold a Bachelor's Degree (marketing majors preferred). Ten years or more of marketing experience, with a demonstrated ability to think critically and successfully develop multi-facetted marketing plans using internal and external resources such as advertising agencies, writers and designers, printers, photographers. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. Preferred skillsets include:
