ChristianaCare is searching for a Senior Project Manager to focus on the coordination and management of all key tasks within the Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) initiative. A Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) is a selective partnership of physicians collaborating with hospitals to deliver evidence-based care, improve quality, efficiency, and coordination of care, and demonstrate value to the market. CINs offer many benefits for participating members, including interconnectedness between healthcare providers; contributing to data-driven, evidence-based best practices; increased savings and reimbursement bonuses; and the potential for improved reimbursement from payers.
This is a high-profile role that is critical to optimizing health system performance by improving patient experience, improving health populations and reducing costs. The Project Manager will play a lead role in the resource allocation and operational improvement of the Population Health and CIN functions. In this highly visible position, you will interact regularly with Population Health leadership team and the organization's executive leadership. The Project Manager will interact with a broad array of functions within ChristianaCare including External Affairs, Legal and Compliance, Contracting/Payor Relations, Finance, Center For Virtual Health and all of the departments within Population Health, and external parties such as our consulting partners, payors and other key stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have formal project management training or equivalent with five years of experience in managing senior level complex organizational projects across service lines. In addition, you will have experience leading, facilitating and participating in multi-disciplinary teams using performance improvement tools and methodologies.

Master's degree in healthcare or relevant field, or completion within 2.5 years
Formal project management training or equivalent with five years of experience in managing senior level complex organizational projects across service lines
Demonstrated sustainment in achievement of desired outcomes and leading transformational organizational projects.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent program completion required; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
Experience in managing and mentoring other healthcare professionals
Experience in successfully leading, facilitating and participating in multi-disciplinary teams using performance improvement tools and methodologies required
Education and/or experience in one or more of the following are desirable: health information technology, performance improvement, outcome analysis, project management, population health
Experience in using electronic medical records, Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visio), Tableau and other data collection, analysis and reporting platforms
