ChristianaCare is looking to hire a full time Site Manager for the Family Medicine Center (FMC). This team oriented, strategic people leader will have operational oversight of the primary care, academic practice that supports both Foulk Road and the Wilmington campus locations.

The Site Manager will be responsible for supervising ambulatory practice support caregivers and ensuring that the daily activities and workflows of their clinics and programs are being followed.  The leader will provide front-line direction and problem-solving, serves as the first accountable leader when expectations are not being met, and will provide assistance and support to the team to create an environment for caregivers to provide high quality care to their patients. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Completes Check-ins and Annual Performance Evaluations of assigned caregivers (MAs, OOAs, RNs)
  • Provides on-site support and direction for daily problem-solving of associate, patient, and provider concerns.
  • Monitors and coaches front desk caregivers (OAs) to ensure that standard operating procedures and workflows are being followed related to registration, phone management, scheduling, and copay collection activities.
  • Monitors and coach's non-provider caregivers to ensure that standard operating procedures and workflows are being followed related to rooming patients, data collection, documentation, and all other assigned activities in support of high-quality patient care.                   
  • Leads recruitment, onboarding, retention, and offboarding activities of ambulatory practice caregivers.

Position Qualifications 

  • High School diploma required.  Associates Degree preferred. 
  • 2 years of office practice experience required; supervisory experience preferred. 
  • Workflow management experience and process improvement experience highly preferred.
  • Operational leadership and budget management experience preferred.
