Values and Behaviors in Action

All new caregivers will attend Discovery Day: Values and Behaviors in Action during their first 60 days of employment. Discovery Day is an immersive, full-day experience designed for new caregivers. The event provides an interactive platform to connect to our culture and offerings, engage with colleagues around key topics, and contribute to ChristianaCare’s success.

Employee Resource Groups

Providing connection, inspiration, and a forum for caregivers and their supporters with common bonds, interests, and backgrounds, our many employee resource groups (ERGs) were formed by our caregivers as a way to share information, ideas, concerns, and solutions. Which one will you join?
