Hear from Our Caregivers

I am so proud to be a part of ChristianaCare due to its emphasis on our core values of Love and Excellence. By providing us with all the tools we needed in response to COVID on such short notice, its commitment to us as caregivers was on full display.”

Director, Employee Health

What started out as a temporary assignment has taken me on a career journey from a medical assistant to my current role as a social worker. These opportunities have allowed me to work with tremendous people of diverse backgrounds, while fulfilling my goal of becoming a difference-maker in the lives of our patients and community.”

Social Worker

During our COVID-19 response, I witnessed each of us coming together, not only as individual teams, but as an organization. Many caregivers have selflessly adapted to and collaborated on the launch of new virtual platforms in order to meet the needs of our colleagues, our patients and our community.”

Transportation Supervisor

For me, ChristianaCare is a place of personal growth. After struggling to put myself through school, ChristianaCare has given me the opportunity to make my investment pay. I get to experience our values of Love and Excellence by working alongside a beautifully diverse group of people.”

I have been with ChristianaCare for 9 years. I started as an office assistant. I decided to go back to school and was fully supported by my manager to complete my degree.
